Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Duolingo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver a seamless candidate experience and manage interview operations. The role involves handling logistics, communicating with candidates and interviewers, and collaborating with hiring teams. Responsibilities Own interview scheduling and rescheduling across time zones and teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth flow day-of (rooms, links, AV checks) Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, sharing clear logistics, answering questions, and upholding Duolingo’s brand throughout the process Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, EAs, and interviewers to align on plans, resolve conflicts, and keep stakeholders informed Maintain system hygiene in our ATS and scheduling tools; update candidate statuses and templates with high precision Help identify small process improvements that increase speed, quality, and candidate care across coordination workflows Provide coverage and flexibility for Talent Acquisition Coordination and Operations teammates during PTO, leave(s), or spikes in demand as determined by the Talent Acquisition Operations team Skills 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or as an executive assistant Experience with tools like Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Greenhouse, and Guide (or similar ATS/scheduling tools) A proactive, collaborative spirit and “no task too small” mentality An eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in real time when handling last-minute changes or busy timelines Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with partners across all levels of the company Company Overview Duolingo is a language-learning education platform that offers 98 total courses across nearly 40 distinct languages.
