Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to achieve best pricing and punctual deliveries.
Utilize advanced software tools to monitor inventory and refine operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and customer service, to synchronize efforts and drive efficiency.
Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or materials management.
At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a high-paced environment.
Proficiency in software such as ERP systems, CMMS, or inventory management tools.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to foster cross-team collaboration.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, food production, automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment is advantageous.
Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is beneficial.
Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
