About the Role As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative - Remote (Healthcare) at blithequark, you will work from home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding our products and/or services. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide Help customers with healthcare needs such as understanding benefits, claims, billing inquiries, authorizations, finding new providers, and more Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 2+ years of call center experience Experience in a healthcare-related field or benefits/insurance organization preferred Open availability A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Open availability, as this client is open 24/7 Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with healthcare-related software and systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Customer-focused : You will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
