About the Role:
Utilize the Check and Connect methodology to build relationships with students and families, providing support and guidance to drive success
Monitor student progress, identify barriers to success, and develop strategies to overcome them
Collaborate with classroom teachers, special services staff, and learning coaches to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
Master and leverage proven strategies to drive student engagement and success, using company-provided tactics and tools
Participate in company events, activities, and meetings, embodying our values of integrity, humility, and joy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience in a professional environment
Minimum of 2 years of educational experience
Strong background in student support services, mentoring, educational programs, and communication
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment and juggle multiple tasks
Comfortable with making mandated reported calls and working with students of different backgrounds
