Remote STEM Part-time Grant Writer
Acara Solutions is looking for a Remote STEM Part-time Grant Writer Consultant for one of our clients in Chandler, AZ.
It will be contract role that will last 3-6 months and will be working 20 hours a week.
Pay: $40-$45 hourly
Background
Grant Writer Consultant will assist AZFirst in identifying, developing, and submitting grant proposals to fund projects aligned with the AZFirst's mission and strategic priorities.
Roles and Responsibilities
For Consultant:
ā¢ Research and identify relevant grant opportunities;
ā¢ Collaborate with AZFIRST on proposal strategy and design;
ā¢ Draft, revise, and finalize narrative and budget sections of grant applications;
ā¢ Assist with submission processes as needed; and
ā¢ Maintain regular communication regarding process, needs, and deadlines.
For AZFIRST:
ā¢ Provide timely access to all necessary documents, data, staff, and background materials;
ā¢ Review and approve drafts in a timely manner;
ā¢ Submit grant applications on behalf of AZFIRST (unless otherwise agreed); and
ā¢ Provide acknowledgement of Consultant's role, where appropriate
