Ā Prepare individual and business income tax returns, including forms 1040, 1120C, 1120S, 1065, 990, and 1041.
Ā Develop thorough work papers in compliance with firm standards.
Ā Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish project assignments and tasks.
Required Skills
Ā Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
Ā Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and various accounting software, including QuickBooks (both desktop and online).
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for fostering strong client relationships.
Ā A positive, collaborative mindset conducive to teamwork.
Qualifications
Ā An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Ā CPA designation or CPA candidate status is advantageous.
