[Remote] Sr. Product Manager - B2B

Responsibilities • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of CodeSignal’s platform. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and build impactful product solutions. • Define, track, and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success. • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and refine product offerings. • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment. • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve our product to maintain a competitive edge. Skills • 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in product management. • Must have experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of launching successful products. • Strong engineering background – ideally a computer science degree and/or prior engineering experience. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience working across teams. • Passion for CodeSignal’s mission and a desire to shape the future of technical hiring.
