[Remote] Sr. Product Director - Home Infusion Therapy Solutions (PharmD)

This role involves full P&L ownership, driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a product roadmap that aligns with market trends and client needs. Responsibilities • Partner with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders to conduct market research and capture customer insights, ensuring the product roadmap is guided by the voice of the customer. • Collaborate with Network and Account Management teams to design and implement client-specific drug pricing strategies that optimize value across the portfolio. • Support the Sales Team to showcase CareCentrix’s Infusion Therapy Solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating clinical value and strategic benefits. • Maintain deep knowledge of current trends and future forecasts in the healthcare and infusion therapy sectors, with a focus on impacts across patients, providers, payers, consumers, and healthcare organizations. • Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities and guide enhancements that keep CareCentrix’s solutions ahead of market demands. • Define long-term vision by developing a multi-year strategic plan and product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and industry evolution. • Own the P&L for Infusion Therapy Solutions, ensuring accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and overall product success. • Travel 10%. Skills • Credentials: PharmD or active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license strongly preferred. • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in the healthcare sector, particularly in Infusion Therapy, encompassing a thorough understanding of infusion pricing models and emerging drug pipelines. • Product Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading product initiatives, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Strategic Execution: A robust background in change management, solution delivery, and financial/business planning, equipped to drive significant and impactful outcomes. • Collaborative Leadership: Skilled in project leadership and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration. • Consulting Experience: Experience in a consulting environment is appreciated but not required.
