Collaborates with departments, hospital leadership, end users, vendors, and associates to ensure effective and efficient operational system functions and workflow. Provides education on new applications or functionality, including train-the-trainer, Service Line Expert, upgrade, and other training as necessary. Shares application tips with clinicians to improve workflow efficiency and guide best practices. Assists customers with customization of the application for unique department scenarios using application tools within the electronic health record foundation.
