In this role, you will take on significant responsibilities as counsel for various business teams, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, and managing negotiations and contracts. Responsibilities
• Draft and negotiate a high volume of contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with legal and internal teams to provide legal counsel on new projects
• Assist with special projects to support the legal department
• Work with external legal advisors as necessary
Requirements
• Minimum 6 years of legal experience
• JD degree required
• Experience in the fintech payments industry
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Admission to at least one US state bar
• Basic understanding of privacy laws and regulations
