As its next chapter as part of a public company begins, DailyLook is seeking the right person to join the Online Personal Styling team. This person will use their love of fashion and technology to elevate our styling team. The role is remote and offers a flexible schedule. We also offer commissions to high performing stylists. The Position Report to and be part of the styling team. Inspire each client to look and feel their best by reviewing their feedback, style preferences, and social media accounts Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to meet and exceed all performance metricDemonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and style trends for all demographics including plus size Elevate the client's experience through genuine, thoughtful and professional communication Provide the highest level of customer service to the clients Requirements Attention to detail, extremely organized, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits The base pay for this position ranges from $15-$18/hr., plus commission. This is a non-exempt, at-will position. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
