Ā Review and verify data to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Ā Safeguard Personal Health Information (PHI) in alignment with HIPAA guidelines.
Ā Collaborate with colleagues professionally as required.
Ā Offer suggestions to enhance and streamline processes.
Ā Complete assigned tasks efficiently by the conclusion of each shift.
Ā Perform additional basic office duties as required.
Required Skills
Ā Self-motivated individual with a robust work ethic.
Ā Ability to maintain focus and effectively manage multiple tasks.
Ā Exceptional attention to detail, balanced with efficiency.
Ā Quick learner who follows instructions with precision.
Ā Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive client information.
Ā Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
Ā Typing speed of 50 words per minute (WPM) with 95% accuracy.
Ā Typing speed of 4,500 key presses per hour (KPH) with 95% accuracy.
Ā Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent.
Ā Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
