The role involves providing support in partner strategy, sales enablement, and operational excellence, while gaining cross-functional experience in cloud partnerships and business strategy.ResponsibilitiesServe as a business manager and administrative right-hand to the Director and VPHelp prepare partnership reviews, internal reports, and Microsoft scorecard updatesManage team calendars, meeting agendas, and cross-functional coordinationAssist in the execution of Microsoft partnership motions, including co-sell opportunities, solution mapping, and campaign alignmentTrack and report on partner program participation, incentives, and competenciesSupport planning and logistics for joint events, campaigns, and conferences (e.g., Microsoft Inspire)Maintain internal tools and dashboards tracking partner activities, certifications, and pipeline impactHelp manage documentation for key programs including Solution Designations, IP Co-Sell, and Azure Migration & ModernizationSupport process improvements across partner operations and reportingCollaborate with BDRs to align partner marketing campaigns to outbound motionsTrack influence and source attribution for Microsoft-sourced leadsHelp manage Salesforce hygiene and campaign tagging for partner dealsSkillsBachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)0–2 years of professional experience (internships included)Strong project coordination and communication skillsComfort with data, reporting, and using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and SalesforceInterest in cloud technologies and partnerships (Microsoft experience a plus)Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Partner Network programsExperience supporting go-to-market or partner teams in a tech-focused organizationAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentBenefitsFlexible work location with a virtual first approach to work!401(K) with match up to 50% of your 6% contributions of eligible payGenerous PTO providing a minimum of 15 days in addition to 9 paid company holidays and 2 floating personal daysTwo medical plan options to allow you the choice to elect what works best for you!Option for vision and dental coverage100% employer paid coverage for life and disability insurancePaid leave for birth parents and non-birth parentsOption for Healthcare FSA, HSA, and Dependent Care FSA$67.00 monthly tech and home office allowanceUtilization and/or discretionary bonus eligibility based on roleEmployee Assistance Program to help with everyday challengesCompany Overview3Cloud is a born-in-the-cloud Microsoft Gold-certified Azure technology services firm that provides cloud strategy.
