The role involves interpreting high volume inbound calls and translating conversations across various industries including Healthcare and Government. Responsibilities • Handling telephone calls on demand in a quiet home office • Help translate Spanish/English conversations for a wide range of industries including Healthcare, Government, Insurance Financial, Travel & Hospitality and government entities • Translating Spanish/English conversations that may be simple, complex, or technical Skills • Fluent in both Spanish and English • Able to work a minimum of 25 hours a week • Manual dexterity to type or write notes • Comfortable being on camera as Interpreting in video calls will be a mandatory occurrence in this position • Must reside in the U.S. • High speed Internet connection for work related electronic communication • The use of your personal iPhone or Android phone • A dedicated workspace • Dry Erase Marker Board • Education or work experience in teaching or translation considered an asset • Previous experience not required Benefits • 3 Weeks of Paid Training • Perks and options for benefits Company Overview • We’ve been helping organizations find the people they need longer than any other company in the world.
