Job Title: QA Software Engineer (Mid & Senior level) Location: REMOTE in the US and CANADA! We're currently looking for a QA-focused Software Engineer to help elevate the quality, reliability, and performance of our mission-critical enterprise platform (used by major global operators!). This is an opportunity to join a lean, high-impact engineering team building software that solves complex operational challenges in a specialized industry. What You'll Do • Build and maintain API and E2E test automation using tools like Playwright or Cypress • Develop infrastructure for performance, security, and accessibility testing • Manually test features and coordinate bug bashes to cover automation gaps • Collaborate on feature design, propose acceptance criteria, and validate new functionality • Investigate customer-reported issues and contribute to long-term product stability • Analyze telemetry and APM metrics to improve user experience and system performance What You Bring • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end & API test automation using Playwright • Hands-on coding in Python (not just scripting!) • Experience building QA infrastructure: test environments, performance/security tooling, telemetry/reporting • Passion for breaking things and testing complex web applications • Willingness to perform manual testing when needed Bonus Skills • Javascript, C# • WebGL • Experience testing complex web applications • Experience with performance, security, or accessibility testing • Experience developing QA-related telemetry and reporting tools Benefits • Competitive Compensation ($100k-150k + BONUS) • Remote and Flexible Work Environment: Work from anywhere with flexible hours.
