What You Bring to the Table You’ve already demonstrated your ability to turn insights into content that makes people stop scrolling. But more importantly, you: • Have at least three years of experience in social strategy, ideally in a remote or digital-first environment • Write with clarity, empathy, and spark • Understand platform algorithms and how to work with (not against) them • Know how to read analytics without losing the human story behind the numbers • Are confident presenting ideas, learning fast, and pivoting when needed • Can take ownership of projects while collaborating across teams You simplify complex messages, ask thought-provoking questions, and genuinely care about the audience experience.
