We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated SoC Top Level Design Engineer to join our team at Google. As a key member of our hardware design team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the next generation of Google's computing infrastructure. Job Summary:

Design and develop high-level RTL/designs for ASIC and SoC projects from concept to working silicon
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions
Improve cross-functional performance techniques to drive consistency and efficiency across multiple parallel execution teams and projects
Perform technical assessments of vendors and IP, providing recommendations and evaluation of process node tradeoffs to meet performance, power, area, and cost targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)
2+ years of experience in ASIC design flows and methodologies
2+ years of experience in IP integration (e.g., Memories, Interface/Protocol, and Simple IP) and RTL design
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Tcl, or Perl), Verilog/SystemVerilog, and other technology hubs
Preferred qualifications: experience with various technologies (e.g., embedded processors, Double Data Rate (DDR), Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes), networking on-chip fabrics, etc.)
