Remote Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (North Carolina) Part-Time | 100% Telehealth FullScope Counseling Services, PLLC is seeking licensed and associate-licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapists to join our growing remote team. We provide a supportive, organized, and clinically grounded environment where therapists can focus on client care—without the administrative burden of private practice. What We Offer • 100% Remote / Telehealth Position • Flexible Scheduling • Full Administrative Support • Intake & scheduling • Billing & claims • Referrals & marketing • Credentialing handled for you • Steady Client Referrals • Free Clinical Supervision (for associate-licensed clinicians) • Supportive, collaborative team culture • Quick onboarding & start Responsibilities • Provide outpatient behavioral health services via telehealth, including: • Individual therapy • Family therapy • Couples / relationship counseling • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and intakes • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Provide prevention-oriented and strengths-based therapy • Complete documentation accurately and on time • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and state/federal regulations Qualifications • Active North Carolina license (or associate license) in one of the following: • LCMHC / LCMHC-A • LCSW / LCSWA • LMFT / LMFTA • Associate-licensed clinicians encouraged to apply • Master’s degree or higher in a human services–related field • Minimum 2 years post-degree clinical experience preferred • Experience providing therapy to individuals with mental health diagnoses • Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and treatment planning ability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage caseload and documentation independently • Active malpractice insurance (no prior claims) Work Location • Remote (must be licensed in North Carolina) If you’re looking for meaningful clinical work, consistent referrals, and a practice that values both quality care and therapist sustainability, we’d love to hear from you.
