Qualifications • Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. • Environment: Ability to remain empathetic and helpful in a high-volume call environment. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing multiple software systems and following scripted guidelines. • Home Office: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
