As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating client issues, analyzing symptoms, finding root causes, and resolving level 1 issues while maintaining excellent client communications throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound phone calls and chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring consistent delivery of our procedures and scripts
Identify clients, collect relevant information, and create support tickets accurately
Provide friendly and helpful customer service as a first point of contact, delivering basic and advanced technical support
Meet individual KPIs, such as average talk time, tickets closed, utilization, and first call resolution
Work independently with direction and guidance from team leads and management, participating in rotating holidays and general support
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a structured IT Support environment (10+ team) or 3+ years of experience in Customer Service roles
Associate's degree and 1+ CompTIA certifications
Expert-level knowledge of networking, computing, peripherals, and business applications
Experience with remote support tools and network diagnostic tools
Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
