Job Responsibilities:
As a Tier 2 Analyst, you will:
Provide high-quality technical support for desktop applications, devices, and software
Resolve complex issues escalated from Tier 1 support
Work with help desk ticketing systems, including responding, assigning, and closing tickets
Administer data retention and recovery, ensuring data security and integrity
Collaborate with the team to produce support documentation for supported products
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, both written and verbal
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
High School diploma or equivalent (Degree preferred)
3-7 years of IT, Help Desk, and/or MSP experience
Competency Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, VMWare, etc.) preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff
Strong technical knowledge in areas including user-end support, application support, networking, and Active Directory
