[Remote] Senior Solution Consultant- Kinaxis

In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor and technical expert, leading the design and delivery of Kinaxis solutions to transform supply chain planning, working closely with clients to drive innovation and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, working closely with solution architects and project team and ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards
• Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos
• Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization
• Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance
• Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality
• Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing
• Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design
Skills
• Strong track record in supply chain consulting, with proven experience focused on Kinaxis Maestro implementations
• Proven track record of leading technical solution design and implementation within SCM platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; able to diagnose complex issues across configuration, integration, and data layers
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders
• Experience managing module timelines, risks, and client relationships in complex delivery environments
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain management, management information systems, or other relevant technical degree
• Certification in Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 or 3
• Deep understanding of multiple Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management
• Proficiency in scripting and developing reusable technical components or code libraries
• Experience designing scalable architecture aligned with a client's digital transformation strategy
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools used in enterprise project delivery
• Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing, playbook creation, or thought leadership initiatives
