Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales. Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice. We have been in business since 2012, and have 120 employees, and around 40 technical employees in our engineering org. We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country. Due to growth, we are hiring a hiring a Remote Senior Software Engineer with the following experience: • Ruby, Rails • React • AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3) AI Tools and Interest • Our team uses the following AI tools, so any experience with following is a BIG plus • Cursor • Claude • V0 • Replit Our tech stack also includes the following, so experience with any of these is a plus: • Ansible • Terraform • CloudFormation • Linux • Postgres You be partnering with a team of other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3. You will make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our product, build/deploy third party integrations, and create components for our client facing features.
