[Remote] Senior Salesforce Consultant (Pharma Grants), Mavens

The Senior Salesforce Consultant will design and architect solutions for customers in the pharmaceutical grants space, ensuring their needs are met while leading a team to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead detailed requirement gathering sessions with customers and worked with the Komodo delivery team to ensure a comprehensive list of requirements was documented
ā¢ Determine the overall solution design for customer projects, including all Salesforce components, data and application integration, and selection of third-party tools
ā¢ Lead a team of configuration specialists and business analysts to create and document our solutions
ā¢ Lead customers through design reviews to refine and iterate on the solution design
ā¢ Participate in customer training sessions and other implementation initiatives to contribute to overall project success across all deliverables
Skills
ā¢ Deep domain expertise in pharmaceutical grants management, clinical trial sponsorships, or healthcare/life sciences compliance
ā¢ Experience designing grant solutions for global pharma companies, government-funded research programs, or contract research organizations
ā¢ At least 3-5 years focused on Salesforce architecture within life sciences or pharma organizations
ā¢ Proficient in designing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet pharma business needs, especially in grants management and data integration
ā¢ 5+ years of expertise in documenting current state business processes, identifying gaps/areas for improvements, simplifying complex processes, as well as making recommendations for future state processes and system designs
ā¢ Ability to effectively design and configure a scalable solution to meet client business needs
ā¢ You've led a functional and technical team through full Salesforce project lifecycles
ā¢ Demonstrated proficiency defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
ā¢ You can teach and collaborate with business analysts and configuration specialists to design solutions, document requirements, and own portions of the build
ā¢ Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills
ā¢ You have professional experience in life sciences consulting ideally in pharmaceutical with exposure to Commercial Operations, Medical or Patient Services related projects
ā¢ You have experience in working with IT infrastructure teams and designing multiple integrations including email, SMS, telephony, and master data management
ā¢ Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
ā¢ Salesforce Platform Administrator II
ā¢ Familiarity with pharma transparency and grant reporting standards, AppExchange tools for grants management, and Veeva or other industry platforms
ā¢ Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
ā¢ Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
