Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with other teams, such as operations and sales, to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience

Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and first call resolution


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the airline or travel industry
Knowledge of customer service software and technology, such as chatbots and virtual assistants
Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
