[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Pega Cloud Networking

In this role, you will develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence across Pega Cloud offerings while collaborating with various teams to drive product adoption. Responsibilities • Lead the technical roadmap for Pega Cloud Networking Connectivity Products on AWS and GCP • Build cross-functional support for your product vision, securing funding and demonstrating ROI to stakeholders • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver rapid client value and drive product adoption • Partner with customer support teams to establish operational models, ensuring seamless service delivery and transparency Skills • 8+ years of experience in technical roles, consulting, pre-sales, or product management in cloud-based B2B or B2C environments (experience with Low-code, RPA, or DPA a plus) • Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewalls) • Experience with AWS Direct Connect, Google Peering, Private Service Connect, and technologies like Kubernetes, F5, and cloud networking • Proven track record as a trusted advisor and ability to identify cross-organizational opportunities • Bachelor's degree in computer science (MBA preferred), or equivalent experience Benefits • Continuous learning and development opportunities • An innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment • Competitive global benefits program inclusive of pay + bonus incentive, employee equity in the company Company Overview • PegaSystems provides business process and customer relationship management solutions for organizations.
