[Remote] Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Governance and Data Science

They are seeking aSenior Manager to oversee the lifecycle of data products, maintain data quality, and support data owners while ensuring compliance with data security regulations. Responsibilities • Manage the lifecycle of data products to support their utilization and security • Maintain the data quality platform to ensure adherence to best practices • Support data owners in profiling source data and focusing on Critical Data Elements • Benchmark data quality using defined metrics and recommend solutions for issues • Conduct data testing from source to System of Origin to ensure accuracy across enterprise data domains • Review and enhance data process documentation • Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks • Supervise and coach teams Skills • Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience • In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience • Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Working with stakeholders to establish standards and processes for data quality, data security and data usage • Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Leveraging tools such as SAS, SQL or Python for data testing and analysis • Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Designing and/or Developing Business Intelligence application utilizing Snowflake, SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, MSBI, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Tableau, and/or bolthires SharePoint Business Intelligence • Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Conducting analysis to ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR or CCPA • Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following: Utilizing ETL tools for data integration and data lineage management Company Overview • Vialto Partners providing globally integrated solutions supporting global workforce mobility.It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
