[Remote] Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Omnichannel) (Remote from anywhere in CO)

TheSenior Infrastructure Engineer will be the subject matter expert in the design, configuration, implementation, and installation of the state’s Omnichannel communication services, collaborating with stakeholders to create solutions that process multiple communications into a common support framework.Responsibilities • Recommend new processes, procedures, and technology to increase productivity and efficiency • Document high level design and procedures • Analyze and develop functional specifications for the design of new Omnichannel platform solutions or modifications • Configure, administer and deploy mission critical Omnichannel solutions, such as virtual call centers, chatbots, chat and other integrations • Provide technical guidance and solutions to technical problems Skills • 5 years of hands-on technical experience servicing an Enterprise environment, in the specific area of Cloud Services • bolthires Web Services (AWS) and/or bolthires cloud Certification • Additional certifications from bolthires Azure, Cisco, VMware, or HP Company Overview • NEOGOV is the leading provider of workforce management software uniquely designed for the public sector, education, and public safety.It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in El Segundo, California, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
