[Remote] Senior Finance Manager - Security Product Business Health

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable revenue growth, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, finance) to define key performance levers, set decision support frameworks, surface insights, and drive sustainable & profitable revenue growth • Drive consistency in how we measure performance and look at our business and opportunity holistically. Maintain good pulse on competitive insights into the product landscape based on internal and external data to inform competitive position and drive growth actions for the business. Articulate findings into high quality/ actionable analysis and communications, facilitate executive decision making across finance, stakeholder executive leadership • Implement process improvements through effective partnerships and a deep understanding of Security financial complexities • Act as the growth agitation agent for the business • Translate data and analytics into a simplified engaging message with actionable insights. Facilitate a shared understanding and awareness of business partner situation • Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and business processes. Drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies.
