[Remote] Senior Cloud Consultant - Financials

They are seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant who will lead ERP workstreams in multiple full-cycle implementations and provide innovative solution leadership to project teams. Responsibilities • Provides consistent and innovative solution leadership to a project team • Owns the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s), ensuring highly performant, coordinated software solutions within time and budget constraints • Leads and analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment • Exercises judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations • Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions • Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions • Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise • Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions in the Oracle product set Skills • 3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting • Ability to read, write, and speak English • Experience leading ERP workstreams in multiple full-cycle implementations • Strong communication skills • Ability to provide innovative solution leadership to a project team • Experience in solution design and implementation • Ability to analyze business needs and ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives • Judgment and business insight in selecting methods and techniques for functional and technical solutions • Experience in providing direction and mentoring to project teams • Ability to influence customer leadership on key decisions • Experience in supporting business development efforts • Ability to collaborate with consulting sales team • Experience in resolving complex customer issues with Oracle product set • Security clearance required Company Overview • NetSuite is cloud computing company dedicated to delivering business applications over the internet.
