Serving as a business lead for system design and testing new capabilities
Driving change management and process improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and validation processes
Inspecting projects, assessing controls, and reporting findings
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or a related field
Experience with IT application development lifecycles and data analysis tools such as SAS, Python, and SQL Server
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
