[Remote] Senior Associate, Product Management: Velocity Black (Remote)

The Senior Associate Product Manager will lead an engineering team to design and deliver product features, build a roadmap, and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to influence and advance the product agenda.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead an engineering team to design and deliver a product features for our customers, agents and merchants
ā¢ Demonstrate a knowledge and passion for data products, API integrations, mobile and web development
ā¢ Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data
ā¢ Build and maintain partnerships with with leaders and stakeholders to influence and advance your agenda
ā¢ Define, socialize and monitor key performance metric indicators to understand the evolution and success of the product
ā¢ Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners
ā¢ Own day to day setting and monitoring of KPIs
ā¢ Own day to day operations of their product, including identifying bugs or leverage opportunities via comprehensive understanding of data
ā¢ Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative, customer, agent and merchant focused payment products that drive revenue and customer value
ā¢ You enjoy working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal. You have the ability to put the team before yourself and establish long-lasting relationships
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree or military experience
ā¢ At least 1 year of experience working in Product Management
ā¢ A knowledge and passion for emerging technologies (API's, Big Data, Native UI's) and emerging technologies to incorporate into building great products
ā¢ Can use SQL to build a data-backed strategy, identify insights, and troubleshoot issues
ā¢ Own day to day setting and monitoring of KPIs
ā¢ Someone comfortable with backend products who is not afraid to challenge the norm and do what is right for the team
ā¢ Own day to day operations of their product, including identifying bugs or leverage opportunities via comprehensive understanding of data
ā¢ A product centric mindset to take a product from ideation to production and continually iterate improvements
ā¢ A customer-first mindset
ā¢ A strong communicator who can advance initiatives and create consensus through clear, concise, and contextually relevant messaging
ā¢ Results focused and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
ā¢ Identify, prioritize, and launch innovative, customer, agent and merchant focused payment products that drive revenue and customer value
ā¢ You enjoy working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal. You have the ability to put the team before yourself and establish long-lasting relationships
ā¢ Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
