As a Remote Care Advocate, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support and guidance to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements. Work closely with a collaborative team of people who want to change the world. Be a key contributor to improving the lives of millions of people by connecting them with the support they need to thrive. Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email. Build relationships and trust through conversations. Facilitate and navigate tough or emotional conversations. Utilize various tech tools to enhance your impact and make your work easier. Work independently, proactively take ownership of key tasks, and keep regular communication with your team. Who You Are You're a passionate and open-minded individual who makes a daily difference in the lives of those you touch. You're an optimist who removes obstacles and brings hope to others. You're a college graduate or have an Associate's degree in a customer-related field, and you have at least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices. Essential Qualifications: At least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices. Passion for mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism. Demonstrated excellence in providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email. Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone. Focused and determined, optimistic and creative. College graduate or Associate's degree in a customer-related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a high call volume environment. Adept at learning to use various tech tools. Accountable and collaborative. Not afraid to facilitate and navigate tough or emotional conversations. Able to build relationships and trust through conversations. Thorough and detail-oriented. A time management guru. Metric-driven towards the goal of successfully connecting individuals to help.
