[Remote] SDR / Sales Development Representative - Global Legal Tech SaaS. Remote

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to expand their customer base through targeted outbound activities and effective engagement with potential clients.
Responsibilities
⢠Meet and exceed individual monthly and annual targets, contributing to growth in Actionstep customer logins and overall business KPIs
⢠Prospect and build relationships within key customer segments and regions to generate sales opportunities and expand the customer base
⢠Actively leverage Actionstep sales tools, systems, and processes (including Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and 6sense) to identify, track, connect with, and qualify potential customers
Skills
⢠1-2 years sales development experience with a track record of exceeding lead targets
⢠Strong communication skills via phone and email
⢠Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
⢠Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
⢠SaaS/IT Sales
⢠Target-driven
⢠Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
⢠Legal Tech industry experience
⢠Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo and/or Microsoft Dynamics
