[Remote] SAP MDG Senior Consultant

As a Senior SAP MDG Consultant, you will design and implement solutions that enhance data integrity and streamline business processes, collaborating with teams to analyze data and configure MDG solutions. Responsibilities • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Governance, Data Quality, and MDG methodologies • Apply Syniti’s tools proficiently, adhering to established development standards • Understand business processes within one or more assigned functional areas • Exhibit strong knowledge of technical data structures and definitions relevant to those areas • Develop governance rules, reports, and deliverables using Syniti’s tools based on provided specifications • Contribute to solution design through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with internal and client stakeholders • Create and maintain configurations, programs, and documentation • Support MDG activities, including: • Applying Syniti’s MDG methodology to assigned deliverables • Collaborating with SMEs to refine master data rules and resolve data issues • Assisting with configuration, testing, and documentation of MDG solution Skills • Degree in Computer Science or related field • 2+ years in Master Data Management and SAP MDG implementation; 4+ years in SAP ERP • Experience across multiple ERP implementations, ideally in complex SAP environments • Hands-on expertise in ETL, Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Analysis • Familiarity with SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, EAM) and master data • Strong knowledge of SAP MDG technical framework (BADI, BAPI/RFC/FM, workflows, BRF+, FPM) • Proficient in ABAP and SAP debugging • Skilled in data modeling, quality improvement, and code promotion • Ability to solve complex data and process challenges independently • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning with metadata strategies • Strong consulting and communication skills; able to guide clients and mentor peers • Willingness to travel up to 100% Benefits • Trust in your talent. • Growth. • Support. • Curiosity and genuine interest in you. • Recognition. • An open organization.
