[Remote] SAP Finance Manager, Application Development and Maintenance

They are seeking an SAP Finance Manager to oversee the SAP Finance functionality, ensure compliance, manage projects, and lead teams in a cross-functional environment. Responsibilities • Execution and management of the SAP Finance functionality that supports the enterprise • Responsible for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings in finance functional areas • Overall solution ownership of incidents, defects, enhancements, and new build for SAP Finance • Planning, monitoring, organizing, and delivering projects. • Attract, retain, and develop talent. • Maintain relationships with all key stakeholders. • Provide leadership and direction to the teams during problem solving and crisis management. • Collaborating with other process tower leaders (OTC, PTP, SCE, RTR, R&I, and non-SAP systems) to ensure a cohesive solution Skills • Full-Cycle SAP Finance implementation experience • SAP Finance Solution discovery, options analysis and build guidance. • Strong collaboration and leadership skills • Strong business acumen in finance and accounting • Superior knowledge of processes and technology with deep hands-on knowledge in all the areas of the SAP Finance domain • Excellent organizational skills • 8-12 years of experience, preferred • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • 10+ years’ experience in SAP Finance Build/Run, preferred • Prior work experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) is a plus Benefits • Medical, dental and vision coverage • Paid time off plan • Health savings account (HSA) • 401k savings plan • Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay • Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) • Short- and long-term disability coverage • Work-Life resources • Paid parental leave • Healthy lifestyle programs Company Overview • Cardinal Health is a manufacturer and distributor of medical and laboratory products.
