[Remote] Salesforce Associate Consultant, Nonprofit

They are hiring an Associate Consultant to deliver Salesforce implementation projects for nonprofit organizations, requiring strong technical and project management skills. Responsibilities Go through onboarding/training and ramp up Salesforce knowledge/consulting skills Collaborate with team members Design and build solutions on the Salesforce platform including 3rd party application integration, data migration, and automation Transform business requirements into technical designs, document business process flows, facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders Contribute on projects, with guidance and support from more senior team members Test build components against business requirements Manage client expectations, set deadlines, and monitor project hours Identify and address out of scope items to client and internal team Create and lead training sessions Create and manage project timeline, flag to team when there is project risk Complete your Salesforce Nonprofit Consultant certification within your first 90 days of employment Skills Salesforce.com Admin Certification required 1+ years of Salesforce consulting experience required Past experience working with nonprofit organizations Strong time management and communication skills Salesforce.com Nonprofit Consultant or other Consultant level certifications preferred Benefits Health Benefits: Health coverage for you and your family plus a health spending account.
