[Remote] Salesforce Admin/Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SynapOne is seeking a Salesforce Admin/Developer to enhance and maintain their CRM systems, primarily using Salesforce. This role involves both administrative and development responsibilities to support efficient and scalable business operations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Serve as the primary developer for Salesforce and related CRM systems
ā¢ Collaborate with our Salesforce partner on user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and data security
ā¢ Create and manage automation tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
ā¢ Perform development work, including Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and AgentForce
ā¢ Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms (NetSuite, Magento, DotDigital)
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
ā¢ Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support operational decision-making
ā¢ Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support content
ā¢ Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate features for potential adoption
Skills
ā¢ Salesforce Administrator II Certification required (experience with nonprofit cloud is a huge plus)
ā¢ 7+ years of experience developing in Salesforce environments
ā¢ Experience with advanced configuration (complex cross platform flows, security and compliance)
ā¢ Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, VisualForce, AgentForce. Familiarity with Data Cloud a plus)
ā¢ Familiarity with enterprise platform integrations and API-based connections
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
ā¢ Ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities
ā¢ Strong communication and documentation skills
ā¢ Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies preferred
ā¢ Additional certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, etc.) a plus
