Job Summary: As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for creating awareness and opportunities around our insurance solutions, sourcing and building relationships with clients, and ensuring their immediate and unforeseen needs are met. You will also be responsible for lead tracking, building a strong team of agents, and participating in training and mentorship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Promptly contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide information on products
Prepare engaging presentations to deliver necessary information to clients
Assist clients in applying for appropriate coverage and support them throughout the underwriting process
Successfully follow up on pending business requirements
Participate in training and one-on-one mentorship programs
Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members
Requirements:
Must currently hold a Life Insurance License in your home state or be willing to obtain one
Consistent access to a computer with internet access
Previous sales experience preferred
Benefits:
High commission earnings (up to $100k in the first year)
100% commission-based compensation
