Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, primarily reaching out to individuals who have previously contacted us.
Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Conduct follow-ups with clients and prospects as needed.
Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and processes.
Strong dedication to providing exceptional support and meeting company needs.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Sales experience is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Compensation:
Base pay of $20/hour with an opportunity to earn an additional $100 automatically per day based on performance and commissions.
Note: The position may begin as part-time to assess mutual fit before transitioning to full-time.
