[Remote] Sales Programs and Operations Specialist

The Sales Programs and Operations Specialist supports core sales activities by managing the sales pipeline, coordinating business development initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze sales data to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports to show the results of enablement programsDevelop, implement, and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. This can include creating onboarding materials and sales enablement content for new hiresLead the evaluation and adoption of sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ensure data integrity within the systems and provide administrative supportAnalyze and optimize existing sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to implement and refine sales practicesCreate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to sales leadership. Support the development of sales strategies and initiativesPartner with sales leaders to coach and motivate the sales team. Create development plans and provide ongoing support to improve selling skillsOther duties as assignedSkills1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar roleExperience with CRM software and other sales-related toolsExperience developing training content or onboarding programsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills, Storytelling with dataAbility to work collaboratively within a team and across departmentsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to analyze and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across teamsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple prioritiesHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, and other Sales efficiency toolsBachelor's degree is a plus.
