Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to design and implement a comprehensive integration strategy for our clients, partners, and prospects.
Serve as a trusted advisor for customers navigating digital transformation.
Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate how our platform addresses customer challenges.
Interact with a diverse group of stakeholders to effectively communicate the value propositions of our platform.
Represent our platform at user conferences, webinars, and marketing events.
Utilize sales methodologies to improve the likelihood of securing business from our customers.
Employ technical discovery methodologies to assist the sales team in identifying technical compatibility.
Work alongside product and engineering teams to improve our offerings and influence our product roadmap through customer insights.
Provide valuable feedback and direction on customer needs to the product development team.
Mentor junior sales engineers and assist in their development.
Create and maintain reusable content such as presentations and demonstrations.

Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication proficiency
Hands-on experience with integration products or working with APIs in languages such as Java, C#, and Python
Familiarity with applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and BMC is highly advantageous
Comprehensive understanding of APIs (RESTful and SOAP)
Experience with tools like Postman and SoapUI
Willingness to travel 10-25%
Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of technical experience in the integration domain.
Previous presales experience is a plus.
