They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to conduct high-volume outreach to members scheduling imaging exams, effectively communicate the value of their services, and convert outreach into appointments.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound outreach to members preparing to schedule imaging examsClearly and effectively communicate the value of OneImaging, including cost savings, convenience, and a better overall imaging experienceBuild trust quickly with members by leading thoughtful, empathetic, and solutions-oriented conversationsAddress questions and objections with confidence and professionalism, helping members feel informed and supportedConvert member outreach into scheduled imaging appointments through OneImagingAccurately document outreach activity, outcomes, and follow-up steps in internal systemsIdentify common member concerns and share feedback with cross-functional partners to help improve messaging, workflows, and conversion performanceDeliver a consistently high-quality member experience across every interactionSkills1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center sales, or another high-volume outbound roleComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with significant outbound call activityExcellent verbal communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to a range of member needs and situationsStrong objection-handling skills and the ability to guide conversations toward clear next stepsHighly organized, reliable, and disciplined in managing follow-up and documenting activityMotivated by performance goals, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomesExcited by the opportunity to help improve access, affordability, and experience in healthcareCompany OverviewRadiology platform saving insurance plans, corporations and their employees up to 80% on imaging costs.
