Your Role

We are actively seeking a dynamic Sales Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives within the authentication segment across North America. This is a unique opportunity to influence a rapidly evolving market with our state-of-the-art products, backed by an adept pre-sales and technical support team, as well as a well-established network of partners. As a proactive leader, you will be instrumental in shaping this new business area and making substantial contributions to our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and execute successful sales strategies to generate leads, foster sales, and finalize contracts for the authentication portfolio across North America, with a particular focus on the East Coast.
• Identify and engage potential clients via various sales channels, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to assess their needs and challenges.
• Present compelling product and service demonstrations that convey value and address client inquiries.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure advantageous deals while ensuring company profitability.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product management, and technical pre-sales to align strategies and enhance sales performance.
• Nurture and develop enduring business relationships with customers and partners.

Your Qualifications
• Degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, specifically in security and authentication solutions.
• Established network of IT distributors, system integrators, and identity and access management providers.
• Expertise in value-based selling, particularly at senior or C-level.
• Familiarity with tender and procurement processes within public and private sectors.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, demonstrating a high level of commitment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in MS Office (notably PowerPoint and Excel) and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 50%).
