Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
Process payments on behalf of clients and provide necessary documents before and after travel
Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, staying up-to-date on industry trends and policies
Work collaboratively in a team setting, completing required certification and ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Requirements and Skills:
Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States
Reliable internet access and a smartphone and/or computer
Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients and vendors
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
Computer and internet knowledge, with personal travel experience considered an advantage
