Key Responsibilities
Ā Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive purchases of our homework planners.
Ā Identify and engage potential customers, including parents, educators, school districts, and local retailers.
Ā Initiate contact with school administrators and PTAs to facilitate bulk orders for student planners.
Ā Manage incoming inquiries, diligently follow up with leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Ā Represent our brand at educational events, fairs, and promotional activities to enhance our visibility.
Ā Design and manage impactful social media campaigns that highlight the advantages of our planners.
Ā Create engaging and innovative content (including posts, videos, and advertisements) tailored to attract parents and educational institutions.
Ā Implement targeted online advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive sales.
Ā Collaborate with influencers, educators, and education bloggers to expand brand awareness.
Ā Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance data to optimize outreach efforts.
Required Skills
Ā Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the education or e-commerce sectors.
Ā Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Ā Proficiency in creating captivating digital content (experience with TikTok trends is advantageous).
Ā Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and Mailchimp.
Ā Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications
