Associate Art Director

Orveon Global is a new beauty company that focuses on making beauty better with its iconic brands. They are seeking an Associate Art Director, Studio to support campaign execution and collaborate with senior leaders on asset delivery across digital, social, and print channels. Responsibilities Support Creative team/studio and Brand Leads in the execution and production of campaign and evergreen assets Adapt and resize creative across multiple formats (digital, social, e-commerce, paid media, retail, and print) Assists on PDP shoot decks, assisting with preparation of prepro requirements, and asset organization from concept through post-production Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design consistency across all deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, social, etc.) to deliver assets on time and aligned with channel requirements Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery Stay current on design tools and production techniques to bring efficiencies to the studio process Skills 1–3 years of experience design, ideally within an in-house studio, agency, or creative production team A portfolio that demonstrates strong executional design skills across digital, social, and print formats Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong working knowledge of Figma Familiarity with motion graphics tools (After Effects a plus) and digital production workflows Strong understanding of production processes, file prep, and delivery for both digital and print Able to upload assets and meta data to the digital asset management system Knowledge of naming convention and server protocol Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced studio environment A collaborative team player who thrives on supporting larger creative initiatives and ensuring flawless execution Benefits Hybrid First office environment with drinks, snacks and regular social events Work From Anywhere 6 weeks a year Free Product Regular wellness and speaker events Company Overview Orveon Global is a group of high-end and prestige cosmetics companies.
