Currently, we are seeking an RTR Process Expert with German Language to support our growing operations. The duties will include: • Monitoring Account Reconciliation and MJE • Finished goods stock accounting monitoring • Accrual AP&AR/R&D and including transfer from plant monitoring • Provision, Incentives posting/monitoring • GL bank payment flow (through ICM) from central finance • Forecast reporting/Management of BW-BPS • Intercompany documentation and control • P/L regional allocation of depreciation and cost • Charts of Accounts control • Master data management • SLA Assurance • Handling of operational escalation received by team leader a/o Supervisor changes • Quality troubleshoots • Provide team members support at all times when requesting advices and operational support • Preparation of operational reviews and providing feedback We are looking for candidates with: • Professional level of German and English language (at least B2) • At least 5 years' experience in Accounting area (preferably in R2R and GL and/or Tax) • Good knowledge of SAP system, MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint • Experience on similar position will be an asset What we offer: • Competitive salary and bonus program • Employment contract • Remote work/hybrid model • Full time Monday to Friday (without night shifts) • Good opportunities to develop professional career • Work in dynamic international environment • Daily contact with foreign clients • Access to comprehensive learning, training and development via our extensive Global learning platform.
