We are actively hiring a qualified and certified Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for a fully remote position supporting clients and students in the Los Angeles, CA area. As a vital communication bridge, you will facilitate conversations between deaf/hard-of-hearing individuals and hearing participants in a variety of professional and educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret spoken English into American Sign Language (ASL), and vice versa, during virtual meetings or sessions.
- Accurately convey tone, intent, and content between all parties involved.
- Maintain impartiality and confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare in advance by reviewing session material or client documentation when provided.
- Provide real-time interpreting in remote classroom, workplace, or service environments.
- Collaborate with coordinators, educators, and team members to ensure quality interpretation.

Qualifications:
- Certification from RID (Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ASL interpreting.
- Experience with educational, healthcare, or corporate interpreting preferred.
- Proficient with remote video platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Strong ethical standards and familiarity with interpreter code of conduct.
- Reliable internet and home setup for remote interpreting work.
