Ā 5+ years of experience working with designing systems and style guides.
Ā A portfolio demonstrating interface design, visual design, prototyping, articulation of design rationale, strong communication and storytelling skills.
Other Qualifications
Ā BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc) or equivalent practical experience.
Ā Proven ability to take a leadership role in projects that span multiple teams.
Ā Deep understanding of interface design paradigms and best practices across a variety of platforms including web, responsive web, and native mobile.
Ā Experienced creating highly detailed design specifications.
Ā Ability to deliver on time to a high quality, working in a fast paced agile environment.
Ā Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
Ā Has a desire for pushing the boundaries of enterprise software design with modern, emerging UI patterns and implementation technologies.
Ā Ability to explore multiple creative design directions to create engaging and effective visual designs.
Ā Applies the best user interface design ideas of the consumer web to business applications.
Ā Uses creativity, design systems, visual communication and follows a user centered design process.
Ā Ability to add to and utilize existing design systems when creating flows.
Ā Experienced with inclusive design best practices, Accessibility Design and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Ā Ability to create detailed prototypes in tools like Figma, Principle, or Framer.
Ā A passion for all types of visual design including User Interface, Graphic Design, Illustrations, Typography and Iconography.
Ā Strong motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
